I had a mixed experience with Oefun, Inc. The products I purchased were good, but the customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and they were not as helpful as I expected. However, once the issue was escalated, they did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, there is still room for improvement in terms of their customer support.
