Very dirty company. I worked here for about a year...

Very dirty company. I worked here for about a year. Management took me off of the machines my first week. I was trained to be a motan tec knew the job and performed everything to my best ability. I was never officially put as a motan tec however I was doing the job as one of 2 doing it. My pay should have been higher bc of the job I had to beg for a day off when I had vacation plus every freaking time I'd try to go on break the process support guys would need me Sometimes I'd get only lunch bc of this. Sometimes I would go home and just lay in the floor bc of my past knee surgery. This position caused me additional surgery and while I was out they said I abandoned my job. Never work here you can not win at this place.
