Guardian Brewing Company is a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this place and I'm so glad I did. The beers are fantastic, especially their pale ale. It's refreshingly crisp and has just the right amount of hop bitterness. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I can't wait to come back!
