I have been a customer of Pt. telkom akses for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a reliable internet connection, the speed is not always consistent. It's frustrating when I'm in the middle of an important task and the internet suddenly slows down. The customer support is also just okay, sometimes they are helpful but other times they can be quite unresponsive. Overall, I would recommend Pt. telkom akses if you don't have many other options, but there are definitely better providers out there.
