I have been a customer of Gretz Jeff for a while now and I have to say, their service is average. While they do have a good selection of products and their prices are reasonable, I've had a few issues with their customer service. There have been times when I've had to wait a long time to get assistance or had difficulty getting a refund. Overall, my experience with Gretz Jeff has been decent, but there is room for improvement.
