I had a mixed experience with BSR Automation. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. The response time was slow, and it took longer than expected to get my issues resolved. However, once the issues were addressed, the company did deliver a satisfactory outcome. I hope they work on improving their customer support in the future.
