I would say 4-4.5 stars is right for TestOut. I am currently enrolled and going through the material for the PC Pro course which is extensive. There was a noticeable amount of work and planning that went into this product. Each chapter is covered using five learning toolsets: a lecture style presentation of material, a visual guide of the actual tasks through a virtual computer, an info sheet that gives basic breakdowns for studying, a knowledge test/virtual lab, and finally practice questions.

TestOut is very quick to respond to feedback and is always bettering the product they offer. Their staff have always been great to work with. I have been very satisfied with what their program has given to me. I would recommend them for anyone looking to learn more in the field of Information Technology.
