Hanshin Arena is a great place to shop. PLENTY of stores so you can get whatever you are looking for including a 2 person Karaoke machine!
I specifically went to KURA SUSHI.

This place is GREAT!! The service is super fun the way it is set up. It'shygienic, has lots if variety, very good quality food, you can order items and desserts that get shot out to you on a conveyor belt (reminded me of the Jetsons if you're old enough to remember THAT!)
ADVICE: the place is reservation only pretty much. You need to reserve the day before.
Otherwise, you are going to sit around for a while.
