I had a great experience with BERI! The customer service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable about electric bikes. I was able to test ride several bikes before making a decision, and the staff was patient and helpful throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a bike and I've been extremely happy with it. The quality is top-notch and it has made my daily commute much easier. I would highly recommend BERI to anyone in the market for an electric bike.
