I had a mixed experience with B And C Flooring. The quality of the materials used was excellent, and the installation was done with great attention to detail. However, the overall customer service was average. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested. I had to follow up multiple times for updates on my order. The end result was satisfactory, but I expected better communication and support throughout the process.
