I helped a family member get admitted here. I had a good experience with the employees until I encountered a worker who picks up the phone when you call the main number on the website. I was not familiar with protocol but I wanted to check to see if my family member arrived safely. This employee was rude, short and lacked empathy for a family member who was hurting. She went so far as to say that the reason she was short and frustrated with me was because I was asking questions she had already answered. Then proceeded to tell me not to call again. I am a strong believer that all people should be treated with dignity and respect and I did not get that from this individual. I will be calling the individuals supervisor in hope that someone addresses this with her becuase if this is how she speaks to a hurting family member how does she treat the residents there. I truly hope they provide this worker with interpersonal human relation skills training.
