I had a mixed experience with Btm-biotecnología de microalgas. The positive side is that their products are of good quality and the website is user-friendly. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while for them to resolve it. Overall, it's an okay company, but they could improve in certain areas.
