I recently traveled with Arbuthnott holidays and I was not completely satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the booking process was a bit confusing. The accommodations were average and could use some improvement. The customer service was mediocre and didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
