I had an average experience with SMS TV. The customer service was decent, but the overall quality of their products was just average. Nothing exceptional to say about them. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, there is room for improvement in terms of product variety and innovation. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 rating.
