I have been a customer of Aem - elektrotechnik gmbh for many years and I have to say their service is average. While they are mostly reliable, there have been a few instances where they failed to meet my expectations. The quality of their products is decent, but I have found better options elsewhere. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
