I recently had the pleasure of trying Paula's Texacello's Texas Gin and it was amazing. The botanical flavors are perfectly balanced and it makes for a fantastic gin and tonic. I also love that they use locally sourced ingredients in their products. The only suggestion I have is to improve their packaging, as it feels a bit plain compared to their competitors. But overall, I would rate Paula's Texacello as excellent.
