Beware of this place. I was almost ready to close with $20,000 in down payment assistance and the worker pulled it at the last minute. I emailed the supervisor and he had the workers back. He told me to take my complaints elsewhere. Very unprofessional staff. They are not for the people, they are for themselves. They claim to be a non-profit but they refuse to help residents of Santa Fe. Please, contact someone else!
