It really was a great experience. Very educational and an amazing glimpse of the amazing wonders that are contained within our ocean. The staff were ALL very pleasant. One gripe I do have, is that that the ambient music played throughout the centre is rather loud, and kind of ruined the experience, especially in the penguin enclosure, less is more...or just not at all...
