I've been a customer of Encore real time computing for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The performance of their products is decent, but there is room for improvement. The support team is helpful and responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate Encore real time computing as an average company.
