I recently had an interaction with the County Department of Public Works, and I must say I was impressed with their efficiency and responsiveness. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The website, dpss.lacounty.gov, was also easy to navigate and provided all the information I needed. Overall, a great experience without any complaints.
