Sharing the same sentiment as Terrence Lim. I was denied of compulsory transport allowance for 20 months, in between appeal 4 times but was brushed off. Till I decided to resign then they email within 6 hrs said the benefit is granted. I am still disappointed, why must wait till all my hope is gone before they willing to do their part.
