Never would I deal with this place ever again in life. Took my car in for service on Friday Dec 16 and was told that I wouldn't be able even get my car looked at until that following Tuesday and the guy Justin said he'd give me a call. I was reluctant but since it was a warranty related service I agreed. So my wife and I rented a car until then thinking that they would look at it on Tuesday and give us a call to let us know what's going on. Tuesday rolls around and no call...So my wife and I extended our rental for another day. Wednesday rolls around and again no call but we have to return the rental because it's starting to rack up. Thursday rolls around and no call so I call up there myself, highly upset, and ask what the hell is going on with my car only to be told that the guy i was working with is "out for the holiday" and wont be back until the following week. After so lip service they agreed to give me a loaner car and everything was fine for a time. I get a call on Tuesday this week (now two weeks later mind you) from justin letting me know that my car would be ready by thursday, yesterday. I drive to the place and exchange my loaner back for my car and the and I'm thinking to myself, thank God, the nightmare is finally over.....but it wasn't. When they give me the loaner car, it was a mess on the outside and low on wiper fluid, which I informed the check in lady about. They finally wash the car off today I'm assuming and discover some minor damage to the rear of the car which they promptly pointed the finger at me for. Now I'm livid. After everything I had been through with this place they have the nerve to blame me for something that I didn't do, HELL NO. With the lady who rudely called us still on the phone my wife and I decide to go and check out this "damage" for ourselves. We get halfway to the place and get another telephone call from them apologizing for the mistake, because of the fact that it wasn't clean when I got it at first they didn't notice the damage previously. We are SO done with this place. Never again axlerod.....Never again. And I sincerely hope that management reads this and understands that I wouldn't take my car there or buy a car there if they paid me with their own money
