The service advisor Tim Kubow was (and is always) ...

The service advisor Tim Kubow was (and is always) polite and helpful. Problem diagnosis took some time due to multiple service codes -not easy problem to pinpoint and they wanted to make sure the repair was correct. The customer waiting area is comfortable and I was advised of progress.
