I recently came across Beanstox while looking for an investment platform, and I must say that my experience was just average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found the investment options to be quite limited, especially compared to other platforms I have used in the past. The lack of diversity in investment choices was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I felt that the customer support could have been more responsive and helpful. While they did get back to me eventually, it took longer than I expected to receive a satisfactory response. On the positive side, the fees and commissions were reasonable, and the platform provided some useful educational resources. Overall, I would rate my experience with Beanstox as average, as it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of investment options and customer support.
