I had a mixed experience with Nqa Global. Some aspects were great, but others fell short of my expectations. The customer service was excellent, with the representatives being helpful and responsive. However, I found the website navigation to be quite confusing, making it difficult to find the information I needed. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
