I recently took a trip with Detours travel and it was an average experience overall. The customer service was good, but I felt like the itinerary could have been more varied. The sightseeing tours were enjoyable, but I wish there had been more options for outdoor activities. The accommodations were comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. I would consider booking with Detours travel again if they offer more diverse itineraries in the future.
