I emailed to get some information about a toyota 86. Nick Nardello emailed back asking how I wanted to continue either via email, phone, or in person. I told hime that it was hard for me to talk while at work and made an appointment that Saturday to test drive the 86. When I arrived Nick greeted me in a nice professional way and we sat down and started talking about what I was looking for. He hgave me all my 86 options and we went out to test drive the car. He started me in the top of the line model and let me know that the suspension was stiffer as it was built as I new pretty quickly that it wasn't was I was looking for. I asked to see the GT version and they only had them in automatic where I was xxxx bent on a manual transmission. He took me anyway and after sitting in it and turning it on I again new it wasn't the right fit. AS we were walking back to the office a Camry caught my eye and I asked Nick about that and he said that they had them in the same price range and so we took that out for a test drive. this was not at all what I had been searching for in the previous months and not a manual transmission! We test drove it and it felt more like the right fit. We then went back inside to talk about financing. This is where I would normally get anxious but Nick made it a simple and very pleasureable experience. While I was waiting for the appraisal of my trade in and financing they hey have a "diner" on site and bought me lunch which wa terrific as well as gave me something to do other than sit there. I had no intetion of driving out in a new car and hadn't even brought a check with me. After I ate they have an insurance broker onsite and I had my insurace coverage updated and by then the plates from my old car had been transferred and I was ready to go. They let me drive out in my new car without giving them a check! All in all I was ther from about 11:00 until about 5:00 and Nick and the finance people made it an outstanding experience. I have already reccommended Nick and the team to my co-workers. Thank you Sun Toyota!
