I have bought my last three cars at Sun Toyota since 2000. My first service rep was Bill, he left and Lance has been taking care of me since. I chose Lance! He is personable, knowledgeable and takes his time with me. No rushing, answers all my questions and calls to make sure that I was happy with my visit. I drive up from Clearwater, so you are not close. If it were not for the personal service of Lance I don't know that I would continue to drive 45 minutes for my service. I have not had the pleasure of meeting any of the service techs, but I can say that my car is clean when I get and I have not had to bring it back, so they are doing a good job. I like Sun Toyota!
