I bought my husband a USB Wi-Fi Nano adapter to connect to tower to the router in the living room. We called and received wonderful customer service from Dave! He was patient and didn't rush me as I bumbled around on the computer. They are highly knowledgeable about other products. I did not buy this particular thing at their store, however his main concern was maintaining us as future customers. We will be buying other things here because they saved us from a major headache!
