I used Nika Corporate Housing to house myself & 6 of my crew during an extended shipyard period for our ship in Tampa. Throughout the entire time we were there, which eventually ran to 5 months, they were nothing short of outstanding in all of our dealings with them. They found us beautiful luxury apartments at government per diem rates close by the shipyard in nice, upscale areas close to lots of restaurants, stores, & shops. They were 100% responsive any time we had some minor maintenance issue pop up. They were extremely flexible with our ever-changing schedule & were able to keep us housed throughout the entire period. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking somewhere better than a hotel room to stay, and by the way, they will also line up hotels for you if you'd like! All in all, a truly pleasurable experience from start to finish. I definitely expect to be using them again at some point in the future.
