In Penneys (only in Ireland, in other countries it's called Primark) you can get any fashion item (for female & male, young & old) and also home stuff (like candles, or whatever you need in your badroom, bathroom). The selection is endless. The price is very cheap or reasonable, but the quality is good (for most products). Staff members are friendly. Even if the queue is long, you will get there quick enough (if you finally make it there). Because there is a beauty section as well, where the girls can get done few things for themselves like their nails, hair, make-up and some other things.
If your wife/girlfriend tells you that "I'll be back in 5 minutes", I guarantee you, You can actually go to a pub and have few pints and then go back and continue to wait for her :)
