The front desk staff and the receiving staff are very cooperative and keep extreme professionalism in their dealings. There is ample free dedicated parking available at the hotel.
There is a very good vegetarian restaurant within the hotel where the ambience as well as food is good. The breakfast buffet is having enough kerala specialities served hot which is worth.
We had booked two different types of rooms, the executive deluxe room is spacious with a separation by wooden partition between sleeping area and area where sofa set is placed and standard executive room also meets minimum standard.
The rooms are neat and clean with all required amnesties
The hotel well deserves a five star rating and i recommend this hotel for anyone going to guruvayoor for darshan.
