I purchased a new 2016 T-880 from Pape and let me tell you the truck has not been bad but service and management has been very unprofessional to say the least!!! I am actually filing a Better Business Bureau complaint right after this review. They have "fixed things" that didn't need to be fixed and over charged me WAY too much. I would warn anyone that I know not to use this service department they are incompetent, condescending , and non responsive. please see the complete BBB complaint on the BBB website. I wish i could give negative stars!!
