Lowered Intentions is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have used their products for a while now, and while they get the job done, I haven't been particularly impressed. The customer service is satisfactory, but there have been instances where I felt they could have gone the extra mile to assist me. Overall, a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
