Sorry if you ever have to deal with them. Cancelled service with them on 3/2020 just received a collection notice at my new place for my final bill. Never once received an email,phone call,snail mail stating that I had a late bill. Now I have a collection on my credit report (Thanks Metro H2O). Called and tried to see what the heck was going on; after waiting almost 20 mins I finally get someone on the line. Ill keep her nameless but like anyone else I've tried dealing with there it seems like they are half paying attention to you while they eat something into the mic. And finally the best part of it all SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Guess its nice having a monopoly on essential services,you can treat ppl anyway you want
