Ok...
I've been going to this Hobby Lobby for about 12 years. I've never had any problems. I'm not affiliated with HL in any way, but I have never met anyone there that was rude or unhelpful. When someone says Everyone at the store is Rude every time they go, or when they call another person 'worthless', I think that tells you more about the person posting than what they're posting about.
