Profoundly incorrect and disrespectful of the rights of limited partners of a sas in which they were appointed by a limited partner, without the knowledge of the limited partners themselves.
Substantial and disrespectful towards the writer, limited partner and lawyer, who requested an appointment, to which he was replied that they did not see the reason for the appointment.
Not really professional behavior.
