So we had a few problems with our used Ford Edge that we had purchased several months ago down at the Subaru lot in York and felt uncomfortable with it. My wife drives it with our 2 month old and it has let her sit once. So it was time to trade the car in and get something that wasn't going to continually haunt us with service trips. We went here relayed our situation to the salesman and he took really good care of us. He got us into a brand new Explorer XLT in fairly close to what we were paying on the Edge. I felt that Henry, (the salesman we worked with) respected our money, didn't feed us any goofy pitch and got us the best deal possible with what we could afford. I'd come back here for my next car.

Thanks Henry & Apple Ford.

--Update: So after a week of having the Explorer some goofball driving a BMW dinged our car with his door when he parked close to us. Henry got us a fantastic deal through the service department on removing the deal. Other dealerships or body shops will easily charge 100-200$ for ding repair. Apple Ford got us taken care of for under 30$.

Once again impressed to no end with their service!

-- Another Update: I believe they took advantage of me on a set of tires. What should have been a 40$ repair, turned into an 800$ set of tires. I was desperate as this was my wife's car and we needed the vehicle asap. They took advantage of this and sold me on a set of 4 tires. Later looking at the damage on the tire and what can and cannot be repaired I found that the tire actually could have been repaired with a plug/patch. They said "You can't use rope patches anymore" which is true and why there is a newer type of plug that replaces these things. I'm a bit annoyed. With them now. That tire could have been fixed and I'm out 800$ because of it. They went from 5 stars to 2 stars for me. Taking advantage of a customer in distress is bad business.
