Has a Turkish hotel style design. An ordinary shopping mall. Prices are higher than in Europe for the same brands, so you won't find a cheap shopping here. Has a quite ok restaurant Mercato at the higher floors and Oscar cinema. General impression about Gulliver - pleasant, but no any wow-effect.
