Reception staff at check-in and check-out were excellent. Room was excellent. Gym and swiminng pool were excellent. Although there were too many children running around the hotel without supervision.. There should be an adults-only area of the swimming pool where there can be some tranquility. I ate at Origins, service was excellent, but the food and beverage quality was average for the price. The Line buffet breakfast was average quality, and again, unsupervised children made the experience unenjoyable. On check out, one of the bell hops asked if I wanted a taxi, I said yes. Instead he got me a limousine which cost 2x the normal amount for transport to Changi, (66 SGD vs $30 SGD) This was my second stay at your hotel. I love your hotel and service, however, this past time, was not as enjoyable as the first.
