I have been a long-time customer of Verbicom s.a. and I must say that their services are average at best. While they deliver what they promise, I feel the quality could be better. The customer service is decent, but there have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I am satisfied but not overly impressed.
