I have been a customer of Insurance Center for several years now, and I have to say that their service has been consistently average. While I haven't had any major issues with them, I also haven't had any outstanding experiences either. The rates they offer are competitive, but I wish they would go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Overall, Insurance Center is a decent option for insurance, but there's definitely room for improvement.
