I had a mixed experience with Universal Lettering Inc. Some aspects were great, but others left much to be desired. The customer service was excellent, with prompt responses and helpful staff. However, the quality of the products I received was not up to par. The lettering on the merchandise started to peel off after just a few washes. I expected better durability considering the price I paid. In summary, Universal Lettering Inc has room for improvement in terms of product quality, but their customer service is commendable.
