I have been using Southern Ontario Library Service...

I have been using Southern Ontario Library Service for a while now, and I must say their services are average at best. The website sols.org is not very user-friendly, and it can be quite frustrating to find the information I need. The rate of response from their customer support team is also not impressive. However, I appreciate that they provide a wide range of resources and materials that are helpful for my research.
