READ BEFORE DINING AT THIS RESTAURANT...

We made reservations at SPQR and called the restaurant to tell them that we aren t sure if we will be able to make it to our reservation. We spoke to the hostess who had a name that began with G to tell her about our plans. She told us that we will be charged $25.00 if we decide to cancel our reservation. Unaware about the charge, I told the woman that I will call her back to tell her if we will decide to cancel. When I call back, just to confirm my plans that we will be attending, the incompetent hostess tells us that she cancelled our reservation. She assumed that the call back was to make sure that our reservation was not cancelled whereas, we completely meant and said the opposite. WHEN A CUSTOMER DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK YOU DO NOT CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. YOU WAIT FOR THEM TO CALL YOU TO CANCEL THEIR OWN RESERVATION. We didn t even walk in to the restaurant and already had a taste of the bad service in our heads.
