I purchased a gift card for my mom for her birthda...

I purchased a gift card for my mom for her birthday and when she called to schedule her services, she was treated so rudely that she's now asking me if I can get a refund for my money. They did not help her schedule an appointment at all. I guess they don't care since the money's already been spent?? Really disappointed.
