The Westgate Freeway Alliance, or WFA, is definitely an average company. I had an okay experience with them. The service was decent and the staff were friendly. However, there were some areas where they could improve. The communication could have been better and the overall process felt a bit slow. Nevertheless, I would still recommend them if you're looking for an average service.
