As a customer, I had an average experience with Tortue hamburg. The service was decent and the food was okay. However, I wasn't overly impressed with the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt a bit bland and lacking in character. The prices were also a bit on the high side for what you get. Overall, it was an average dining experience.
