I was really disappointed with my experience with Reaction Air. The air purifier I ordered arrived late, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged. It was such a hassle to get a replacement, and it took several weeks to finally receive a functioning unit. The customer service representatives were polite, but the overall service was below par. I would not recommend Reaction Air based on my experience.
