We had no AC our first night, they were booked so we had to wait to be moved until the next morning. Kellie Bray refused to give us any kind of compensation after paying 174.00 a night and we stayed more than one night. We decided to check out early and at this point she only credited back 43.00 for our parking . We were never even told we had to pay for parking its clearly stated its complementary parking. I left the location with no receipt she apparently would email. I have still yet to receive the email with my bill to make sure I wasn't over charged. Very unsatisfied with the professionalism or lack of.
